The Ottawa County Republican Party unanimously passed a resolution at the County Convention on January 26, 2023, supporting the decisive action of the majority of the new Ottawa County commissioners.
The overwhelming support of the Ottawa County Republican Party demonstrates, yet again, that Ottawa Impact and supporters are Simply American— not extremists, as presented by the Democrat Activist Media.
The efforts of moms, dads, and freedom-loving citizens culminated on January 3, 2023, when a majority of the new commissioners took action to course correct Ottawa County and align the County with the priorities of The People. View Voting Records Here
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE NEW OTTAWA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, AND CONDEMNING THE LIES OF THE EXTREME LEFT
WHEREAS, the duly-elected Precinct Delegates of the Ottawa County Republican Party have been entrusted by the voters who elected us to defend and promote the true Constitutional Values of the Republican Party Platform; and
WHEREAS, the new Ottawa County Board of Commissioners has acted with courage, speed, and decisiveness to bring about much-needed reforms and changes in Ottawa County; and
WHEREAS, these changes have been completely in line with traditional, true Conservative Republican principles; and
WHEREAS, dishonest Democrats and dishonest members of the media are attempting to spread lies, calling the new Board “extreme” and “far right,” and stating that the new Board Members do not reflect true Republican principles, and also lying by portraying the previous Board members as so-called “Moderate” Republicans;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, FIRST, that we, the duly-elected Precinct Delegates of Ottawa County, with solidarity and gratitude, affirm the courageous and decisive actions of the new County Commissioners; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, SECOND, that we condemn the lies and falsehoods being spread by dishonest Democrats, and dishonest members of the media, who are the true extremists; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THIRD, that we call on all true Republicans, both elected and unelected, to support and pray for the continued success of the new County Commissioners, and to imitate their courage, decisiveness, and commitment to true Conservative Republican principles.
