On June 6, 2023, the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners in the lawsuit Adeline Hambley v Ottawa County.
Heroes of Freedom Resolution Passed by Board of Commissioners
Today we honor and remember those who fought and died to defend and protect us, so that we can all live in freedom. We are indebted to the men and women who demonstrated the greatest love for us and our country. Last Tuesday, the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution to honor our heroes of freedom.
Board Declares Ottawa County a Constitutional County
Early this morning, the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners declared Ottawa County to be a Constitutional County and passed a resolution to preserve and protect the individual freedoms of the people of Ottawa County.
